I can't switch my pieces  Mar 09, 2010 Today I finally received my Herstyler 3p set.Everything works fine. The tube that it came in was a little banged up though :/. My only concern is that I think that I need to return it , because the buttons to release the rods isn't working.I really want to be able to use all of the pieces . If you have any suggestions could you help me? YAYYY!  Mar 07, 2010 My stylist used this on my hair because I loved the curls she had and I LA-LA-LA-LOVE IT! It gives you those nice loose natural appearing curls without looking too "Shirley Temple" You must take a section of hair twist it with two fingers then wrap your hair around the barrel. For the piece that is cone shaped start with the widest end where you want your curl to start. I have very soft, straight hair that can rarely keep a curl and feel dirty if I don't wash my hair daily (I know its bad!) but when I woke up the next day my hair was still wavy and "messy-ish" it looked funky but nice enough for me to go to work at my office which is a professional business setting. So just to re-iterate I LA LA LA LOVE this and have ordered it can't wait to get it!!!! If you don't know how to use it I suggest you go to your hairstylist and ask her to show you how to use it. Best Curls Ever  Mar 05, 2010 This curling iron is amazing. It has a bit of a learning curve but the curls turn out beautifully with a little practice. I've used all three barrel sizes on mine, my sister and my niece's hair. It makes our hair shiner and the curls last way longer then traditional curling irons. My only complaint is the glove, a thicker material would work better. The glove provided is essential but the heat still travels through it rather quickly and I have to avoid singeing my fingers. I would recommend this to anyone that curls their hair. It can give all sorts of different size curls and is very quick. I've used it for loose curls and tight curls and they always look spectacular. If you need help learning how to use it there are good tutorials on youtube. exactly as it was described  Mar 03, 2010 this product came in great condition and very quickly. we have enjoyed this product! Great item!  Feb 26, 2010 I LOVE this curler! It is very easy to get beautiful curls! I am no good at curlers or curling irons but this product is so easy to get professional looking curls. The curls are beautiful and last more than a day! I love how I can make waves with the big one and tight curls with the small! Downside is WEAR the glove, I burned my hand when I did not wear it the glove helps! Also I was sad that there was no instruction book, I think they need to include one in a new product as mine was! That was my only complaint otherwise it was a 5 star product! Worth the money!
