AWESOME!  Aug 31, 2010 This is a great W2D iron! It DOES damage the hair, but when you're going from wet to dry you'd better expect that! Make sure you use a lot of heat protectant when using any type of straightener. I love the bag the iron comes with because when I'm done I just unplug the iron and put it in the bag. I leave the cord out of the bag and wrap it around the outside and put it away. This bag is great if you're like me and in a hurry usually, or even if you are someone who tends to travel some. This is just a great product. Every straightener from Herstyler that I've tried (Tourmaline & Ceramic ones) are really good--I'd say better than a Chi any day!! Totally Worth The Money!  Mar 09, 2009 I am very new to using a Hair Straightener, but this product makes it so simple! I have long curly hair that is fine and tangles easily. I don't know what Ms. Kellogg was talking about, but it works great! Maybe she isn't doing it right! It heats up fast and you can straighten the hair wet or damp to dry and straight! What's not to love?! It was shipped in about 4-5 days and I'm so happy I bought it! Now I can have my hair straight anytime! I even tried letting the iron heat up for 30 minutes and with no luck. I formerly had a ceramic iron that worked great. The only thing I like about this product is the way it looks.
